Five stages. No exceptions. From factory allocation to bonded delivery, each step is documented, independently verified, and traceable to the VIN.

    Source & Allocate

    We access factory allocation windows and licensed dealer networks across Shanghai, Tianjin, and Guangzhou. Every unit is cross-referenced against live export demand before acquisition is confirmed.

  2. 02

    127-Point Inspection

    Each vehicle undergoes a 127-point export-grade protocol conducted by TÜV SÜD China. Structural integrity, mileage verification, paint depth, and all electronic systems are independently assessed.

  3. 03

    VIN Lock & Documentation

    VIN is registered against the export dossier and locked to the buyer's entity before shipment. Original factory documentation, service records, and CCC certification are retained and transferred.

  4. 04

    Bonded Logistics

    Vehicles are containerised in 40HQ units from bonded warehouses at Shanghai Waigaoqiao or Tianjin Port. We operate on FOB or CIF terms across MENA, CIS, LATAM, and Southeast Asia corridors.

    Compliance & Handover

    Full customs documentation, homologation certificates, and corridor-specific compliance packs are prepared per destination. Warranty transfer and after-sales coordination are included for all programs.

Compliance

Licensed, bonded, and auditable.

Vertx Global holds a PRC customs export licence and operates bonded warehousing under China Customs supervision. All transactions are documented under the EX1 export declaration framework and available for buyer audit.
